Rajni Sekhri Sibal
Rajni Sekhri Sibal is a writer and an IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. She is the topper of the 1986 Batch All India Civil Services Examination and was a Secretary to the Government of India. An alumnus of Welham Girls and P.U., Rajni is a post graduate in Economics and Psychology. She is the recipient of the Indian of the Year Award in the category ‘Unsung Hero’ for her ‘courage and commitment’.
She has authored several books and writes both prose and poetry:
